Mr. Harari is a strategic and financial advisor with over a decade of corporate advisory experience at UBS, Lazard, and Citi. Mr. Harari has executed in excess of $80 billion in M & A, advisory and restructuring assignments in a wide variety of industries including financial institutions, technology, industrials, energy and consumer products. During the course of his career he has represented corporate clients, family offices and governments. Mr. Harari is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexander Waechter is a Managing Director at Three Keys Capital Advisors. He has over 30 years banking experience gained at major financial institutions. Alexander held various executive positions both in the capacity of client coverage and as business line manager. His last position was at Sberbank (Switzerland) AG which he established from inception and where he was a member of the Executive Board in charge of Corporate Banking. Beforehand, Alexander was Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Russia/CIS (2008-12) with Citigroup and Head of Client Coverage Russia/CIS for BNP Paribas (2004-8). Previous postings were for BNP Paribas in Geneva and Credit Suisse in London, Paris and Zurich. Alexander specializes in the natural resource & commodities sectors and has a specific expertise in all forms of bank and capital market debt financing. He has led numerous structured debt transactions, syndicated loans, equity-linked financings, etc. for emerging market borrowers in the oil & gas and metals & mining sectors.
Alexander holds a Swiss law degree from the University of Lausanne. He is trilingual English, French & German.
David Braunschvig has been an advisor in corporate finance over the past three decades, as Managing Director at Lazard Freres, then at Bear Stearns, and now as a Senior Advisor to Three Keys Capital Advisors. Mr. Braunschvig counts among his clients the senior executives of leading global companies and funds. At Lazard he was one of the first bankers to cover the emerging interactive services sector in the early 1990s, and is regarded as one of the most experienced technology investment bankers on Wall Street. He worked at the White House serving on the U.S. Vice-Presidential Commission on communications and information technology, was Trade Counselor to the French government, and was a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. He holds advanced degrees from Harvard University (Masters of Public Administration) and the University of Paris (Applied mathematics and computer science). A dual citizen of the U.S. and France, he was born in New York, raised in Paris, and is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish.
Santiago Shammah is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. He specializes in Fintech and Commercial Lending in Latin America and Emerging Markets. He has more than 16 years of financial consulting and commercial banking experience, including work at Banco Industrial, where he executed an excess of $5 billion in commercial lending operations. He also worked at IronFX Global, leading the Spanish-speaking desk; In 2014, he co-founded and managed an Asset Management firm in the Algorithmic trading space and a MiFID regulated Broker/Dealer. Mr. Shammah is also a Principal at Three Keys Technology Partners, a Technology Incubator in partnership with Matrix, an Israeli Public Company. He has spearheaded numerous online ventures and has a deep understanding of economic engines and financial regulations in Latin America. He is based in New York and is trilingual in Spanish, English, and French.

Kelly Sickles is a Managing Director at Three Keys Capital Advisors. She has almost twenty years of experience as a financial executive and advisor. For the past ten years she has held full-time and interim management roles across several industries including e-commerce, software, consumer product, cleantech and digital media. Within these roles she has helped growth-stage and startup companies scale, build value, raise equity and debt capital and execute strategic partnerships. Kelly was previously a vice president at Lazard where she was active in the capital markets, M&A and restructuring groups and directly raised over $1.5 billion in capital for public and private companies. Earlier in her career, she held convertible and equity research roles at Lazard Capital Markets and Prudential Securities. Kelly is a graduate of the Geneseo State University and a CFA Charterholder.
Irina Anguelova is focused on the financial technology sector. Ms. Anguelova spent 15 years as an investment banker, including at Financial Institutions group at Merrill Lynch focusing on the FinTech sector, and at Citigroup, covering the Fintech and technology sectors. She began her career in 1997 as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Salomon Brothers. Ms. Anguelova has completed over 40 transactions with total deal value of over $25 billion.

Pavel Iliev is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to co-founding Three Keys, Mr. Iliev was a Director in Russian Investment Banking Department of UBS in Moscow, focused on the Metals & Mining, Consumer and Retail industries. Mr. Iliev has been involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $45 billion, including the acquisition of pipe production assets of IPSCO by TMK followed by 6 consecutive capital markets transactions for TMK, Fortum acquisition of TGK-10, IPOs of KTK, Severstal and Open Investments, along with a number of M&A, DCM and ratings advisory mandates.
Prior to founding III Keys, Mr. Iliev was engaged by one of the leading industrial corporations in Russia, Koks Group and led their debut US$350m Eurobond offering.
A dual, Russian and Bulgarian national, based in Switzerland, Mr. Iliev received his BS from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
David Kanter is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and has over 25 years of investment banking experience in debt and equity financing, M&A and restructuring advisory. Mr. Kanter most recently was a senior Managing Director of Sunrise Securities and previously was at the Seabury Group, where he headed Seabury's shipping group. Before joining Seabury, David was Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance and High Yield, North America, for ABN AMRO Incorporated where he worked with clients worldwide on cross-border leveraged acquisition financings. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, he held various positions with Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, including executing debt and equity financings for companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Kanter also serves as an independent consultant to Asgaard Navigation, an owner and operator of offshore vessels in Brazil. Mr. Kanter graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.

Mr. Konnikov has been involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $50 billion, involving various corporate, financial sponsor, and other investors around the world. In addition, Mr. Konnikov has helped clients raise nearly $24 billion in capital through numerous debt, equity and convertible transactions. Prior to UBS, Mr. Konnikov worked at the energy group of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Department. Mr. Konnikov is a graduate of Tufts University.
