David Kanter is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and has over 25 years of investment banking experience in debt and equity financing, M&A and restructuring advisory. Mr. Kanter most recently was a senior Managing Director of Sunrise Securities and previously was at the Seabury Group, where he headed Seabury's shipping group. Before joining Seabury, David was Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance and High Yield, North America, for ABN AMRO Incorporated where he worked with clients worldwide on cross-border leveraged acquisition financings. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, he held various positions with Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, including executing debt and equity financings for companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Kanter also serves as an independent consultant to Asgaard Navigation, an owner and operator of offshore vessels in Brazil.

Alec Savchenko is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Savchenko was a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the Investment Banking Department of UBS in New York. Mr. Savchenko has led a wide variety of M&A transactions in metals and mining, industrials, transportation and healthcare sectors. Mr. Savchenko has extensive transaction experience in a variety of M&A situations including public and private M&A transactions, mergers of equals, divestitures, cross-border M&A, and hostile/activist situations. Mr. Savchenko has completed advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $95 billion.

Philip Konnikov is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Konnikov was a senior member of the Global Industrial Group in the Investment Banking Department of UBS in New York, focused on the Metals & Mining industries. Mr. Konnikov has been involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $50 billion, involving various corporate, financial sponsor, and other investors around the world. In addition, Mr. Konnikov has helped clients raise nearly $24 billion in capital through numerous debt, equity and convertible transactions. Prior to UBS, Mr. Konnikov worked at the energy group of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Department.

Paul Cronin is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and has over 30 years of banking experience in corporate finance, investment banking, commercial finance, restructuring and strategic advisory. Mr. Cronin was most recently in leadership positions in Santander Bank NA and Key Bank NA in asset based financing, and was previously a commercial banking executive with HSBC Bank and LaSalle Bank, leading businesses with focus in domestic and international banking and corporate finance. Prior to commercial banking, Paul was a Managing Director in ABN AMRO Group focused on structured finance, leveraged finance and corporate finance advisory, in the USA and Dublin, Ireland. Before joining ABN AMRO, he was treasurer/financial director of EMO Oil Group in Ireland having previously trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He has managed a high yield fund and corporate leveraged loan funds for the asset management division of a bank. His experience also includes real estate and technology. He is an investor in start-ups, real estate, technology and venture capital. Paul is a board member (audit chair) of Foundations in Faith Inc. board member (vice chair) of Virtual Enterprises Inc., and a member of the investment committee for the Diocese of Bridgeport.

Originally from Europe, he spent most of his career living and working in the US and in Latin America providing strategic support and bespoke financing for developers, financial sponsors, multinationals, governments and investors.
As a Managing Director at ING, heading up Infrastructure Finance and Advisory Americas and later as head of ING’s Wholesale Banking activities for Latin America he led a team of 120 executives and structured award-winning solutions for large corporations, developers and financial sponsors Typically anticipating and driving future developments in the market: ESG, privatizations, new infra-asset classes and development of a mix of novel financing strategies and products. Willem has a sharp focus on integrity in business and minimization of operational risks on the road to long-term financial success. He champions the value of listening and asking questions in order to connect the dots. Prior to ING, he hold a number of roles at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, Mexico and New York.

David Braunschvig has been an advisor in corporate finance over the past three decades, as Managing Director at Lazard Freres, then at Bear Stearns, and now as a Senior Advisor to Three Keys Capital Advisors. Mr. Braunschvig counts among his clients the senior executives of leading global companies and funds. At Lazard he was one of the first bankers to cover the emerging interactive services sector in the early 1990s, and is regarded as one of the most experienced technology investment bankers on Wall Street. He worked at the White House serving on the U.S. Vice-Presidential Commission on communications and information technology, was Trade Counselor to the French government, and was a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
He holds advanced degrees from Harvard University (Masters of Public Administration) and the University of Paris (Applied mathematics and computer science). A dual citizen of the U.S. and France, he was born in New York, raised in Paris, and is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish.
Kelly Sickles is a Managing Director at Three Keys Capital Advisors. She has almost twenty years of experience as a financial executive and advisor. For the past ten years she has held full-time and interim management roles across several industries including e-commerce, software, consumer product, cleantech and digital media. Within these roles she has helped growth-stage and startup companies scale, build value, raise equity and debt capital and execute strategic partnerships. Kelly was previously a vice president at Lazard where she was active in the capital markets, M&A and restructuring groups and directly raised over $1.5 billion in capital for public and private companies. Earlier in her career, she held convertible and equity research roles at Lazard Capital Markets and Prudential Securities.

Prior to joining Three Keys in 2020, Mr. Montbach spent 10 years at Seabury Securities, a boutique investment bank with a focus on transportation industries. At Seabury, Mr. Montbach focused on maritime and maritime related clients such as transportation and logistics, infrastructure, including shipyards and ports, shipping, offshore (oil & gas and renewable) energy and maritime technology clients. Prior to Seabury Securities, Mr. Montbach worked as an advisor with UBS Investment Bank and KPMG in their restructuring groups, and spent 3 years on the buy side investing in distressed and special situations securities in a broad range of industries. He has completed advisory assignments with a broad range of domestic and global clients, from small and middle market companies to states and large public companies.
Mr. Montbach is a graduate of Colgate University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He speaks English, German and French.

An experienced technology executive with startup and turnaround experience, Evan leads the technology focused operational consulting for III Keys. Evan was most recently the General Manager, North America, for harmon.ie, a Software and SaaS firm and leader in the AI field of Topic Computing. Prior to joining harmon.ie, he was a Senior Vice President with Essextec, where he built and led an award-winning cognitive computing and artificial intelligence practice. Evan previously served as Co-COO of Gemini Systems, which he led through a financial reorganization and sale to Essextec. Earlier in his career, Evan served in a number of senior executive roles with leading technology companies, and he holds five US patents for mobile computing.
Evan received a bachelor’s degree in Systems Science and Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Gui Silva is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and heads the London office. Mr. Silva is a result-driven executive with extensive Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Technology expertise acquired in leading investment banks and FinTechs. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Silva was Managing Director of HSBC Bank and Head of Capital Markets at Diginex. Mr. Silva has a vast international experience and held senior roles in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, including Board Member of HSBC in Spain and in Thailand.
Mr. Silva has over 20-year experience in corporate advisory, M&A, Capital Markets, Treasury and Risk Management, working with corporates in a variety of industries, institutional investors, and governments.
Mr. Silva holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Master of Finance and Banking from the University of Reading. He is also a CFA Charterholder since 2004. Mr. Silva is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Alexander Waechter is a Managing Director at Three Keys Capital Advisors. He has over 30 years banking experience gained at major financial institutions. Alexander held various executive positions both in the capacity of client coverage and as business line manager. His last position was at Sberbank (Switzerland) AG which he established from inception and where he was a member of the Executive Board in charge of Corporate Banking. Beforehand, Alexander was Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Russia/CIS (2008-12) with Citigroup and Head of Client Coverage Russia/CIS for BNP Paribas (2004-8). Previous postings were for BNP Paribas in Geneva and Credit Suisse in London, Paris and Zurich. Alexander specializes in the natural resource & commodities sectors and has a specific expertise in all forms of bank and capital market debt financing. He has led numerous structured debt transactions, syndicated loans, equity-linked financings, etc. for emerging market borrowers in the oil & gas and metals & mining sectors.

Eduardo Fernández Agraz Hernandez Davila brings more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of finance and management. As a Finance Professional, he has experience in business negotiations on M&A, has been CEO on Financial companies helping to achieve institutional status and corporate governance, has administered Investment Funds, successfully negotiated receivership of a property in Chapter 11 and established a strategic new fund structure. As vice president of finance at Grupo Mega, he pioneered the development of creative financing solutions to help fund expansion and growth for clients and negotiated and developed an international network of partner alliances.
Eduardo Vega is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Vega was a senior corporate banking professional and expert loan structuring specialist with over 25 years of secured financing, loans, equipment finance and leasing, supply chain finance, M&A transactions, Fintech, company valuation, business development, corporate development, payment solutions, and leveraged finance experience primarily in the corporate middle market arena. During this time, he has covered companies in various diverse and unique industry sectors. Mr. Vega served in various senior management positions in corporate and investment banking, agri- business financing, equipment financing and leasing for logistics, industrial and transportation equipment, electronic manufacturing services, and the diplomatic foreign government sector.
Mr. Vega holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and an MBA in corporate finance and international business from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
Juan Manuel Moller Gamez is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Moller was a Senior Managing Director of Abaco Financial Group in Mexico, supervised Banca Confia, Abaco Broker Dealer, Aba Insurance, Aba Factor, and Aba Leasing having closed many deals in private and public sectors in Mexico. Mr. Moller participated in the M&A and formation of three Broker Dealers in NY, Houston, Chicago and opened an Investment bank in the UK, Iberopartners, Ltd. Mr. Moller acted as Vice-president of Administration and Finance of the Mexican Stock Exchange, supervising all the market activities from compliance to deal closing and funding.
Mr. Moller graduated from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in Business Management, holds an MBA at Instituto Panamericano de alta Direccion de Empresas (IPADE), and a PhD in International Law and Globalization from Anahuac University in Mexico.
